Some believe that the musical phenomenon known as Winter Music Conference has come and gone too soon, while others may be relieved at its end. The six-day event included performances by some of the best dance acts in the world. For six days Miami was taken over by music heads that ditched sleep and settled for life as night crawlers, occasionally coming back to life in the day to visit the Shelborne, Surfcomber, or Nikki Beach for their daytime parties.
