When asked what she likes to do on the set during her off-time the teenager responded “I love to read.” Among her favorite writers are Oscar Wilde and William Shakespeare. Belinda is also quite diverse in her taste in music. She listens to Coldplay, Juanes and Portishead.

The “Beautiful Liar” duet between Beyonce and Shakira is getting a makeover. Puerto Rican rapper/singer Don Omar is taking the single and giving it a reggaeton facelift. The “Beautiful Liar” reggaeton remix should be released soon.

Penelope Cruz’ A-list romances continues. First she dated the charismatic Tom Cruise, then the hunky Matthew McConaughey, and even had a brief stint with the charming Orlando Bloom. It seems now the Spanish actress might be dating stud Josh Hartnett, who recently ended his relationship with sultry actress Scarlett Johansson. According to In Touch Magazine, the two were seen eating at The Little Door in LA on March 21. The waiter said the couple was very cozy all night.

Carlos Mencia is finally getting called out for being a comedian imposter! And the leader who is rallying up the troops is comedian and “Fear Factor” host Joe Rogan. In this well-edited YouTube clip, Rogan takes on Mencia head to head at the Comedy Store stage in Hollywood. In the clip, Rogan confronts Mencia about stealing material from other comedians, to his beef with George Lopez, and even his real identity. It’s hilarious to watch Mencia try to squirm out of every accusation that Rogan throws his way. The verbal battle continues outside the club, where other comedians take their jabs at Mencia. We know the Mexican alt-electro-rock band Kinky and the Venezuelan ultra-chic dance band Los Amigos Invisibles get compared to each other a lot. They both play flirtatious, dance-y, Latin songs. They both have eclectic band members with a stylish wardrobe. And they both have hot lead singers.

Last night at B.B. Kings in New York, Los Amigos Invisibles played a set, along with Babasonicos as part of the Jack Daniel’s Studio No. 7 Latino Concert Series, and we couldn’t help but add to the list of comparisons. As LAI’s lead singer Julio Briceño bopped his head to the music, jumped around and swayed his hips, we thought who has better stage presence, Briceño or Kinky’s Gil Cerezo? They both sure look amazing on stage…so we can't decide, can you?

Ritmo Latino doesn’t care about Jennifer Lopez’ larger than life status. The chain record store that caters to the Latino community is banning all J.Lo CD’s from its stores, accusing the star of dissing her roots.

“We’ve supported her from the beginning. Now we're told by her record company she will only visit Anglo retail outlets,” Ritmo Latino President David Massry told the New York Daily News.
