Casablanca Tea Room - Casablanca Tea Room is a hopeful place—it reeks of ambition, of being strewn together on a budget, and of perhaps being a proprietor’s first independent venture. This doesn’t detract from Casablanca’s charm and instead endows the Middle Eastern-inspired environment with a welcoming humbleness. However, what does damper its charm, is the broad entrance to the rear accessible only through the neighboring clothing store. Here florescent lights blaze into the back portion of the restaurant and, inviting a casually pedestrian lot of shoppers to peer in on their way to the sale racks.
