A 60 - Unless you have a coveted key card or know someone who does, don't bother even trying to get in. A- Book a room at the hotel or B- make friends with someone in the know. Once past the iron clad doormen enjoy 360 degree views of the city while sipping on fun, fruity and overly priced cocktails. Also beware, they let all of their hotel guests in, so some of the patrons might not be as cool as expected.
