The sleek bar up front whips up tasty Colonial Breeze cocktails, but this place was destined for bottle service and ritzy bar snacks. The crowd is predictably affluent and trendy, and don’t be surprised to spy a celebrity in front of you in the coat check queue or hoofing it to a blend of pop and dance tunes on the dance floor.
