M Lounge at Megu, New York

Blame it on its location, but Megu has never succeeded in attracting a young clientele. In an attempt to do so Megu has revamped its upstairs lounge (located above the main dining room at Megu in Tribeca and formerly known as the Kimono Bar), into an eclectically sexy spot meant to be an outpost for after-work, post-dinner, or pre-late night drinks (which go for a cool $14-20 and include a delicious take on a Bellini, which at M, is made with Peach, Lychee Puree, and Champagne). Of course, those yearning for bottle service will not be disappointed as all the bottles (which include a nice selection of Sake), are served Japanese Tea Ceremony style. Hungry? Given Megu's exceptional food it's no surprise that there is an extensive food menu at M that includes Megu's Original Kobe Beef Burger ($20), their Original Crispy Asparagus ($16), along with a wide selection of Sushi and Rolls, and of course, some Kobe Beef Skewers all of which are served by waitresses in custom-made "M" girl swimsuits.
