Nikon Jones Beach Theatre, Wantagh

Nikon Jones Beach Theatre - Waterside concert venue that's literally on the water; the bands arrive by boat. Security is Long Island tough and severely restricts drinking and dancing (cause after all who would want to drink and dance at a concert?). Still, it's a unique place to catch mid-level acts during the summer. Note that concerts proceed even during rain. They are called only when lightning strikes.
