John's Cafe, Willoughby

John's Cafe - A small dive bar, crammed in on a street of popular venues, Johns Café holds its own amongst downtown Willoughby’s bar scene. Although its outside appearance is deceiving, curious visitors will find the inside much more spacious with separate rooms for the bar, sitting area and pool tables. The crowd ranges on any given day, but come on Saturday if you wanna hang with the still-need-to-be-IDed patronage. The service is surprisingly fast for how crowded the bar is and the jolly bartenders will make feel guilty for leaving a lousy tip. The downside? John’s Café is so dark and smoky that you end up planting yourself on a barstool just to bypass smashing through the sweaty, heavily-cologned crowd.  Wear something light and easily disposable.
