Crappy service with a scent of garbage

The staff is abominable. If you don't look like their normal clientele (i.e., aren't white & rich), they'll treat you terribly, and if you present a criticism of the restaurant (or their behavior), they try to bully you. If it weren't for the corruption in this neighborhood, the health department would have closed them down.
