Club Amazura, Jamaica

Amazura has a really nice size but the party was horrible. I arrived at 12:15AM and there was no line, no music, nothing. I thought I was in the wrong place. My friends and I decided to come back at 2 when ppl said it would be jumpin. At 2, we actually heard music and we decided to pay the overpriced $25 to get in. The DJ was horrible. He talked more than he played his wack @$$ mixes.. It was just a whole bunch of BOYS and GIRLS trying to be grown and it was a waste of time and money!! The party was over at 3:30 :( I will never go again.

Pros: Space, No Shootout when i went
Cons: $$$, crowd, music/DJ, drinks(watered down n pricey)

I've been there twice. No shootouts.

1st time: it was a s#*! event.
2nd time: it was a nice event, but it was different from what I was expecting.

I have yet to go to a real ass party at Amazura, but that don't mean the place is bad. It has tons of potential, because the place is spaced, and the bar is nice. I can't wait until I actually find myself in a real ass party though. lol

I work at this club and It's great There!!!!!!!!!! Bartenders are nice, There's a coat Check now!!!! AND SECURITY is TIGHT!! The place is huge and it's alot of fun!!!!!!

i CANT f@#% WITH THIS CLUB DUDES WALKIN WIT THERE GUNS OUT SMASING DUDES IN DA HEAD WIT BOTTLES IN THE CLUB AND IM FROM QUEENS DA WORST CLUB I BEEN TO ALWAYS OVER CROWDED WIT HATERS.

THIS CLUB HAS BEEN BY FAR THE BEST ONE IVE BEEN TO. I WENT FOR A HUGE BASH AND HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TURNED OUT BUT THE CLUB DIDNT TURN INTO A SWEATBOX CUZ IT WAS SO OPEN AND HUGE! I LIVED IN JAMAICA FOR 2 YEARS, AND NEVER FELT THAT MY LIFE WAS IN ANY DANGER. THE SECURITY TAKE THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY AND EXCEPT FOR A LACK OF A COAT CHECK, THE CLUB IS WONDERFUL. I GUESS IT USED TO BE USED FOR A LOT OF RAVES, BUT NOW ITS MOSTLY HIPHOP AND REGGAE AND ITS PERFECT. DONT JUDGE A CLUB BY ITS LOCATION.

I been to that club three times and all three times there had been a shooting.....Dont go to that club ig you value your life!!!!!!!!trust me on this one
