i was there about 3 weeks ago and they had SERANI perform and surprise everyone , me and my friends got in before midnight for free and the place was packed , very grown sexy crowd we felt safe and comfortable . we have been to a few other places and did not have such a good time . music was good and the place felt like i was somewhere other than queens , its fab...
would go back soon ...

maracas aka rumjungle is the only club in queens that has an upscale crowd , the owners are the same as before from what i know and they are always on top of whats hot in the club scene , unlike the other local clubs and bars that have been for years trying to format themselves like these guys , the place is beautiful staff is great and friendly and they are always having some kind of promotion or free concert with top artists as a surprise , everyone whos anyone only goes to maracas and all the deadbaets who cant afford it or cant get in or fit in like to hate and leave negative reviews ,,,i guarantee you will not be dissapointed ,definite great time great djs and amazing experience ...

Went to see Sean Paul with a group of around 20 people. Tickets were pre paid but sill had to wait on line for about 10 mins not a big deal. No complaints at all, had a great time

This venue is a joke. or should I say a sausage fest!

i been going there for a couple yrs and i always enjoy myself whenever i go. always jam packed and the music is always good. never a dull moment in there.

waited on line for over 2 hrs to see Serani, and ended up leaving. this place is not worth it at all. we made for our tickets and still had to wait an obscene amount of time. they have no consideration for anyone, AND it was 18 degrees out! this place should be shut down

i had bought tickets to see Serani Live for my hubby's bday. ended up waiting on line for over an hr, mind u, it was 18 degrees out! they made EVERYONE WITH tickets, wait in line..for what..who the hell knows. i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. we ended up just leaving bc it was way too cold out, and the line was barely moving. DONT GO HERE!!
