Taiyo - Taiyo needs to lighten up - literally. They have an intimate, evening vibe, with low lights, a small dining area, and cozy little tables. The problem is that they have this at twelve noon too. If you can put aside the umbra, you can enjoy a fine, if somewhat pricey meal here, whether it's lunch or dinner.
