M2 Ultra Lounge, New York

Soooo rude! If u r nt a white female ESP Russian or w/e they were at the door ya nt getting in!nowadays they r rude dnt wNa tlk to u n disrespectful all imma say is God dnt like ugly n thts why all there clubs r shutting dwn now! You dnt knw where n when ya gna see ppl again so b nice bwahshaha Lames!

I never write reviews or comments but for this place I had to because that’s how horrible this place was. I have to agree with the previous person's statement. I went to this club to celebrate my birthday this weekend and honestly this place is very over-rated. I don't know what the hype was all about. I was very disappointed. It is a very discriminative and racist club. I have never encountered this in my entire life living in NYC or in the club scene. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! If you want to have a good time without any hassles, then go somewhere else but here.

Even though I pre-booked my event 2-3 weeks prior, when I got there they made my friends and me feel very uncomfortable. The people at the door look you up and down like they are stripping you naked with their eyes. They didn’t reserve the table I requested. Gave some BS excuse.

I was appalled by the behavior of the staff of M2 Ultra Lounge formerly known as Mansion. Only way you are getting in is if you are caucasian and you look good to their standards. If you aren't, then they will hassle you. Two of my friends stood in the cold for a very long time. The guy at the door wouldn’t let them in even though they were on the guest list and also party of my b-day group. He didn’t even give them a proper explanation. He brushed them off. Yet he was letting other people in. Unfortunately I didn’t find this out until the next day.

They claim they are not so called“ghetto”. It's a very upscale venue. You have to dress classy, blah blah blah, and so forth... Yet they had an ugly ghetto crowd. People smoking weed, etc. It was small and packed. You couldn't even dance and enjoy yourself.

The management and services provided were very poor!!! You would think that if you get table service, they would at least train their staff on how to be well mannered and provide the utmost service. Wrong!!! My waitress was rude & obnoxious!!!

The only positive thing that this club has going for them is their DJ (DJ Amadeus) who I have to admit is genuinely down to earth and very helpful. I have the upmost respect for him. If it wasn't for him, my birthday bash would have been horrible.

The most overrated, tasteless, discriminative club around.. Not worth the cover and not worth your time!!! Trust me!! Too long of a story but all I can say is if you dont look the part no matter how much u offer they wont let you in ... And dont think you look the part lol

THis is the most discriminative club.... I have one thing to say go there and get discriminated by MInorites. The irony is ridi... if you want to speak to the manager they want to kick u to the curb.. No matter how much money you want to give to get in they refuse it SMH!! They discriminated based on "Overall appearance"

My two friends and I went to M2 last night. For all of you who like crowds and like to dance, this is the place for you! They have staff that stand on the stairs and light the way for you as you go up the steps, which is very helpful exp for us who are wearing heels! It also helps to have networks/ connections with ppl in the club industry. We didn't have to pay anything to get in or wait in a giant line, right up to the door and we were in within 2 mins. Surprisingly as well because Kid Cudi was there PRE - VMA party! I would deff go back to M2 in a heart beat. Highly recommend this place!

I have worked in the nightclub industry for years and I like to check up on reviews. I am absolutely appalled at your behavior. How can you claim to be this man's mother as you publicly lambast him?
Given your behavior, if your son is "flawed in anyway" you publicly demonstrate why. Referring to your son as a moron who owes you is about as un-motherly as a woman could be. Grow up and take full responsibility for the man you created. I get the feeling that you are secretly proud that somehow he has managed to free himself of your abusive (mentally and emotionally) clutches. If there's any owing here; it is you that owes him years of therapy to heal wounds you have so obviously inflicted and continue to do so. Are you an atheist? If not, go back and read your bible and re-learn what it means to be a mother. A mother's love is to be unconditional. I don't care if your son was a serial killer, it is your duty as the woman who birthed him to give him the love he deserves as YOUR son. If you are going to claim him, stop announcing to the world the error of your ways. Whose fault is it? YOURS. Your actions here resemble a jilted crazy ex-girlfriend. The truth is this man carries your DNA and if there is anything defective about him it could be due to the genetic material his mother imparted on him. My heart goes out to anyone that is merely trying to pay the bills and yet has this shadow woman trying to tear him down and humiliate him in public. Does your mother announce to the world what a fruit-cake you are in a public forum? What do you owe her? The common decency to act like a lady in public and respect her grandson. As a native New Yorker I like to avoid overrated places like this but a friend suggested it so we went here for a Saturday night with the girls. Long line and all that, guys constantly asking my friends and I to go with them so they could get in. We knew a promoter so we got in free but I saw guys paying $35 to get in RIDICULOUS. The only positive things I can is that the place looks great and the house music section was popping. There were people actually dancing not humping and the songs were tight. Other than that it was way too crowded, filled with attention seeking whores and the DJ kept switching the song every 10 seconds in the main room. He would play a hot Jay-Z joint and switch to some commercial clubrat single for a few minutes. Also, glad we pregamed before going there: two vodka cranberries and a tequila shot=$48? WTF? I knew going in it would be expensive and full of skanks but I tried anyway. If you want to listen to crappy music and pay lots of money to buy drinks for some B&T slut then by all means M2 is the place for you!
