The location – on Upper Broadway, just off the George Washington Bridge - means the crowd is usually a mix of young Inwood hipsters and older cruisers driving in from Jersey. The older building is sandwiched between two parking garages, but the smallish spot features a glowing horseshoe bar and plush purple couches, lending No Parking a chic and erotic atmosphere, that is, chic and erotic by Washington Heights standards, not by Chelsea’s.
