i found the crowd and staff here on the escalando night to be quite rude...not sure if this was because I was not dominican or they are just elitist snobs in general...very unimpressed..will never go back....although it is quite a nice space..it's too bad there are not
other gay nights that are more mixed at this venue

I contacted the promoter of this lounge for a birthday party. We spoke about three to four times prior to the event in which he himself called me to make sure we were on the same page. He promised me a section, a birthday cake, a guest list and decorations. When we arrived at the venue there was no guest list or section under our name. When I approached him he said he had no recollection of having spoken to me. I told him we spoke a number of times that week and must have told him our names about 100 times. He still claimed he did not know what I was talking about and made ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT IN FINDING A SOLUTION. Our entire party arrived and we had no section to ourselves because by that time the club was packed to capacity. In addition it was too late to go elsewhere. Miguel's actions were in poor taste. Had he made an effort to accommodate us as the paying customers that we were that night; perhaps the experience might have not been so horrific. NEVER PLAN AN EVENT WITH MIGUEL. He was extremely rude. I hate to give this lounge a bad review but having someone like Miguel in charge of promotions is a reflection on the entire establishment.

they have became so greedy to have bottle service, that they added so many tall tables and there's no room to dance without knocking a table over.
