It wasn’t a very good year for the Grammy Award-winning singer, but that didn’t stop her from throwing a highly-talked about bash.
Christina Aguilera recently celebrated her 31st birthday at the Spare Room in Los Angeles, where she was joined by Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, as well as over 40 close friends and family members.
While Aguilera’s past birthdays were usually held at posh clubs, this time she chose a more intimate setting where guests dined on mini sliders and quesadillas, followed by some board game fun. At midnight, her current boy toy Matthew Rutler surprised her with a Marie Antoinette-inspired cake, be-headed of course.
Tell us, do you think 2012 will prove to be Aguilera’s year?
