Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne Cocktail Recipes
Flower of the Green Fairy
Ingredients
Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque
¼ oz. Pernod 68 Absinthe
2 dashes of Fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes of Simple syrup
3 Brandied cherries
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque into a champagne flute. Carefully top off with Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque and serve.
Smashed Cherries
Ingredients
Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque
¼ oz. Pernod 68 Absinthe
2 dashes of Fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes of Simple syrup
Ripe smashed cherries
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque into a champagne flute. Carefully top off with Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque and serve.
Perrier-Jouët Rose
Ingredients
Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque
¼ oz. Rosewater
1 Sugar cube
3 dashes of Fresh pomegranate juice
Dry baby rose buds
Preparation
Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Saturate with rosewater. Carefully top off with Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque and add pomegranate juice. Garnish with dry baby rose buds.
Perrier-Jouët Fraise Sauvage
Ingredients
2 oz. Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque
1 ¼ oz. Absolut Vodka
¾ oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
¼ oz. Simple syrup
1 Whole strawberry
Preparation
In the bottom of a mixing glass muddle the strawberries into a puree. Add all ingredients except Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque. Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously for 7-8 seconds. Pour Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque into a chilled cocktail-martini glass. Pour the cocktail over it. Garnish with half a strawberry.
Perrier-Jouët West Side
Ingredients
2 oz. Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque
1 ½ oz. Absolut Citron Vodka
1 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
1 Finger pinch fresh mint
Preparation
Pour all ingredients except Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque into a mixing glass. Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously for 7-8 seconds. Pour Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque into a chilled cocktail or martini glass. Pour the cocktail over it.
