Last week, we told you about the Margarita Francesa, a tasty little number that happens to be the official cocktail of this year’s National Hispanic Heritage Month-but what if you can’t get enough? If you’re a fan of the original Margarita, then you’ll fall in love with La Paloma, Mexico’s most popular tequila drink. Bartenders love the fact that all they need is the beloved spirit and grapefruit soda to create this tart, thirst quenching cocktail. This week, we’re savoring La Paloma Suprema, a delicious take on the usual recipe that’s just too difficult to resist. La Paloma Suprema features bold tequila uniting with grapefruit and even a touch of zesty lime juice. Be careful though, La Paloma Suprema is so addicting, you might just forget about cervezas…for the night.
