Ingredients
¾ oz. Rum (We used Pyrat XO Rum)
¾ Pimms NO.1
1 oz. Lemon sour
1 oz. Pineapple juice
2 dashs Angostura bitters
1 Lemon twist
1 Mint crown
Preparation
In an ice-filled mixing glass add all ingredients, shake vigorously, and strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and mint crown.
