Cocktail of the Week: Chupacabra

Stop the presses! We’ve just spotted the legendary monster and it’s lurking in Sin City. That’s right, there’s no need to fear the Chupacabra because it’s not the devious, blood-sucking beast that’s been causing mayhem for years. Rather, it’s a sizzling hot cocktail available at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Unlike other concoctions, the Chupacabra will make your taste buds break a sweat. Not only does it feature smooth, but dangerously tasty tequila, but the Chupacabra is also a medley of spicy ginger beer, tangy rock candy syrup, zesty lime juice, and fiery jalapeno. The result is an irresistible number that’s not for the tame. The Chupacabra starts off cool and refreshing, but it quickly transforms into a blaze of glory that’s certain to clear up your sinuses. The Chupacabra is a legendary elixir for the brave, never for the weak hearted. Are you daring enough to discover a new creation that isn’t afraid to sneak up behind you?
