Cocktail of the Week: Mayan Passion

It’s time for some March madness! St. Patrick’s Day may be around the corner, but instead of gulping down neon green cerveza, how about trying a succulent, tart number that looks exquisite at a bar and has enough bold, tantalizing flavors to keep any fiesta going? Meet the Mayan Passion, an exotic concoction that’s making both the ladies and gents break their necks just for a glance. The Mayan Passion features a dangerously delicious blend of Colombia’s coffee-infused Kahlua, silky tequila with light notes of citrus and honey, as well as crisp passion fruit juice. Stir up some scandalous moments at your favorite nightlife venue with a Mayan Passion, a cocktail that, like a great love, will take your breath away and leave you craving for more.

Mayan Passion Recipe

Ingredients
2 parts Kahlúa
1 ½ parts Tequila (We used Tequila Tezon)
1/2 part Triple Sec (We used Hiram Walker Triple Sec)
2 parts Passion fruit juice
1 Orange twist

Preparation
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
