Bossa de Beehive Recipe
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Cachaca (We used Leblon Cachaca)
½ oz. Simple syrup
1 oz. Passion fruit purée
2 Lemon wedges
White wine (We used Mumm Napa "Chef de Cave" Sparkling Wine)
Preparation
Squeeze the lemons into a shaker. Fill with ice. Add the cachaca, simple syrup, and passion fruit puree. Shake well. Strain into a double rocks glass with ice. Fill up with wine. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
