It’s a hot Friday night in the summer, so what will you choose as the It-drink to start your weekend? Some will select a frozen daiquiri to instantly cool off while getting a buzz, whereas others will go for foamy lager. However, true sophisticated Latinos will ask the bartender for a Pomchi Smash, a heavenly concoction that will quickly destroy your stress and melt those cubicle blues away faster than an ice cube in the middle of Manhattan at noon. Created by mixologist Paolo Votano from Bocca di Bacco in New York City, Pomchi Smash features juicy raspberries, refreshing mint, and frozen rum. Not only does a Pomchi Smash light up a table, but it also makes a great conversation starter for wallflowers yearning to mingle with social butterflies. Leave behind those worries from work or home and have a blast with a Pomchi Smash, a delicious knockout that never fails to get patrons drinking.
