Its sizzling hot outside and all you want to do is wind down with an ice cold frothy drink that instantly delivers a bit of artic weather. Those surviving the scorching temperatures of South Beach know the secret behind staying sexy and satisfying their needs with the ideal seasonal cocktail. The CQ Float is the perfect elixir to feel refreshed and immediately pampered. The combination of Elderflower liqueur, a little bubbly, and fresh cucumber foam create a light and sparkling aperitif. The CQ Float, by Elad Zvi, is a clean and aromatic summer cocktail that according to the bar chef, “the open-minded and appreciators of good food and spirits will like.” Those sweating bullets will also love the fact that the CQ Float takes only a few seconds to prepare and is nearly fool-proof. CQ Float Recipe

Ingredients
1 ½ oz. St Germain Elderflower liqueur
3 oz. Champagne
1 oz. Aromat cucumber foam

Preparation
Stir ice, liqueur, and champagne. Top with cucumber foam.
