Summer seems to equal margaritas and mojitos, but it doesn't have to be this way, especially when one of the top bartenders in the country can provide a more exclusive option. Meet Charlotte Voisey, a New York City-based mixologist from the UK favored by socialites. Voisey has traveled the world in search of the finest concoctions for patrons to savor, winning countless awards for being one of the few leading female bartenders. When we decided to ask Voisey for her favorite It-drink, we were in for a real treat. According to Voisey, nocheLatina readers will instantly fall in love with Tart n Sand, featuring the finest cherries, malt whisky with a hint of ripe pears, blood orange liqueur, ruby red wine, as well as a variety of citrus juices to liven anyone up. Discover Tart n Sand at Manhattan’s Flatiron District, a favorite nightlife spot for Voisey, or prepare it at home for a luxurious fiesta that’ll kick off the season. Either way, Tart n Sand will surely put a smile on your face and get you pumped for endless nights at la playa. Here’s to a more tantalizing summer, all thanks to a “rocks star!”
