Cocktail of the Week: Blushing Bubbly

Cocktail of the Week: Blushing Bubbly

Tequila and champagne at noon? Yes, it can be done, especially if you plan on having brunch outdoors this spring. Skip the usual Mimosas and instead, request a Blushing Bubbly, a luscious elixir that’s favored for its tender slices of juicy strawberries bursting with Mexico’s favorite spirit. Best of all, the tequila in a Blushing Bubbly is infused with faintly sweet hibiscus flowers. Not only do the floral notes make this drink fresh and seasonal, but it also gives it a gorgeous baby pink hue that the ladies will coo over. Guys, even if you’re hesitant in savoring this mouthwatering concoction in front of los amigos, the champagne will certainly put you in a bubbly mood, a must for welcoming warmer days and steamier nights.
