Armando Christian Perez was honored last Thursday by Miami Commissioner Tomas Regalado, who gave the artist the keys to the city.
“I can’t help, but keep staring at it, because it’s something I’ve worked so hard for,” he exclaims. “I’m very passionate about Miami.”
