It was just a few months ago when rumors were flying that Christina Milian and music producer boyfriend The Dream were engaged. It didn’t take long for the Cubana to announce on her Myspace that she wasn’t. Well, it turns out that the news was true and she’s finally admitting it.
"We don't have plans yet-but it hasn't [already] happened, that I can confirm," says the 27-year-old about her upcoming nuptials. "We just want to have our closest friends and family there; it's not going to be too big."
Sure, that’s what they all say!
The Dream, who presented Milian with a six-carat sparkler from Ivanka Trump's jewelry line, says the couple is already thinking about kids.
"I love kids, and [Christina] loves kids probably more than I do," he explains. However, Milian is planning on showing off a baby bump anytime soon. She’s currently busy working on her upcoming album, Elope.
"I think when you're a female in this business, it's kinda hard to do the natural thing that you want to do," he says. "You have to do your work-then whenever she makes that time for herself-she'll make that time [to have a baby]. In the next couple of years, there'll be something around."
This will be Milian’s first marriage, who previously dated Nick Cannon. As the whole world knows, Cannon is now Mr. Mariah Carey.
