When Cameron Diaz isn’t trying to find love, she’s out making blockbuster films and establishing herself as one of top Latina actresses in Tinseltown. Fortunately, her hard work has finally paid off.
The 36-year-old actress is the 2,386th icon to earn a star on Hollywood Boulevard’s Walk of Fame. This special honor was held on Monday in front of the Egyptian Theater and was attended by many of Hollywood's elite, such as Tom Cruise, wife Katie Holmes, and Lucy Liu. The blonde Cubana joins the exclusive club, alongside Christina Aguilera, George Lopez, and Luis Miguel.
"I dedicate this star to the eternal love that my mom and dad shared,” said Diaz. "It was what has given me the strength and courage to live this extraordinary life, and it was that powers the light that burns inside of me, bright enough for me to be honored today with this star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame."
Congrats!
