Cinco de Mayo may be over, but who says we have to stop celebrating? Sure, you’re probably still hung over from last night, but we’ve got a zesty pick-me-up with some French flair that can be enjoyed any time of the year.
If you had the chance to read up on our cinco facts, than you would know that Cinco de Mayo commemorates the 1862 Battle of Puebla where Mexico defeated France. As a way to commemorate both sides, we’re choosing to drink a tequila-infused cocktail with a hint of juicy oranges, black raspberry liqueur prepared with vanilla, honey, and cognac, as well as agave nectar for a smooth, satisfying ending. The result is the Cincorita, a syrupy sweet-meets-salty concoction of bursting ripe fruit and delectable warm spices with a royal spirit. Bring history alive with the Cincorita, a drink worth fighting for.
The Cincorita Recipe
