Who would have thought that Calle 13 and Shakira could create one amazing show?
Unless you’ve been living under a rock lately, Calle 13 entertained a packed audience on Saturday night in their native Puerto Rico. They gave a memorable concert that had many surprise guests, including salsa legend Ruben Blades (via remote video), In The Heights’ Lin-Manuel Miranda, Voltio, and Afrobeta. However, it was when Shakira got on stage to join Residente for a performance of “Noy Hay Nadie Como Tu” that drove the audience wild.
“Once more Calle 13 showed the talent, the originality, the passion and the extravagance that has characterized the urban group since the start of their career... they surprised their fans with invited artists and offered pure energy in concert," says Primera Hora in a recent review of the concert.
